In the busy streets of Frankfurt, the Zeil is always full of life. But just a few steps away from the rush, there is a place where the atmosphere feels different.
The warm scent of freshly made waffles fills the air, handcrafted chocolates shine behind the counter, and creamy ice cream is prepared with care. This place is Dulce.
Dulce was born in 2010 from Sachin and Surbhi's love for pure, natural flavors. What started with a fascination for pistachio and banana ice cream grew into a sanctuary for chocolate lovers from around the world.
Over the years, Dulce became more than just a dessert shop. Their sons, Aditya and Abhinav, grew up watching the dream take shape. When the Dulce brand once faced the risk of disappearing, Sachin and Surbhi chose to protect it and give it a new future.

My Sweet Love
Some stories begin with a business plan. Ours began with a scoop of pistachio ice cream and a love for beautiful pralines. It is a family story built on passion, courage, and sweetness.
2010
The Beginning of a Sweet Dream
Sachin and Surbhi opened a small corner of sweetness in Frankfurt's vibrant Zeil city centre. Together with Coffee Fellows, they created a cosy place where people from around the world could pause from the city's rush.
2011 – 2013
A Place Becomes a Family
Customers quickly fell in love with the atmosphere—the smell of coffee, the shine of chocolate, and the joy of ice cream. Customers became friends, and Dulce turned into a cosy oasis in the busy city.
2014
Saving Dulce
When the parent company faced financial challenges, the brand was on the verge of vanishing. Sachin and Surbhi made a bold decision: they bought the brand themselves and became its new guardians.
2015
A New Philosophy
The focus shifted entirely to quality: 100% natural ingredients, handcrafted chocolate, fresh ice cream made daily, and warm waffles and crepes made to order.
2016 – Today
A Sweet World in the City
Aditya and Abhinav grew up alongside the shop, watching the dream grow. Today, thousands of guests from around the world continue to create sweet memories at Dulce every single day.
